The short version
This site has no forms, no accounts and no login. Most contact happens by phone. We collect only the information you choose to give us on a call or in an email, plus the technical logs that any website host keeps.
We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
When you call, you may give us your name, phone number, street address and a description of the problem so that a plumber can be sent. When you email, we receive your email address and whatever you write. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
The site embeds a Google map on its pages. Loading it can cause Google to receive information about your visit under Google's own privacy policy. The site itself does not set advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use call details to dispatch a plumber and to follow up on the request. We use email to answer you. We use server logs to keep the site secure and working. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
If a call is recorded or monitored, you will be told at the start of the call.
Who we share it with
To send help, we share the details of your request with the independent local plumber who takes the job. We may also share information where the law requires it, or with service providers who host or secure this site. We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers.
Your choices and California rights
California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct it and ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. To make a request, email contact@expressplumbernorthhighlands.com and tell us the phone number or email address you used. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Retention and changes
We keep call and email records only as long as we need them for the purpose above or as the law requires. If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
