By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The site is provided for general information about plumbing and to help you reach a plumber by phone.
Information only
The pages here explain how plumbing problems and repairs generally work. They are not a diagnosis of your property and are not professional, legal, insurance or safety advice. A licensed plumber has to inspect your situation. In an emergency involving gas, fire or injury, call 911.
Independent contractors
This website is a referral and lead service. Plumbing work is performed by independent local contractors, and this site does not itself perform plumbing work. Any agreement for plumbing work is between you and the contractor. Ask for the contractor's license number and check it with the Contractors State License Board before you agree to work.
No guarantees on time or price
We do not guarantee an arrival time, a response time or a price. Arrival depends on demand and location, and the contractor sets and quotes the price for the work before starting. Cost factors described on this site are general and do not amount to a quote.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the work, materials or advice of independent contractors, or for losses that result from relying on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under California consumer law that cannot be waived.
